Sew-In & Fusible Interfacing at WAWAK Sewing Supplies.

Give shape and structure to your garments by reinforcing fabrics with Interfacing. Interfacings are used on the wrong side of the fabric to add support to a garment and are usually not visible on the outside of the garment. Interfacings at WAWAK Sewing Supplies are available in a wide selection of materials and two main styles: Sew-In and Fusible. Fusible Interfacings are backed with an adhesive that allows you to adhere the interfacing simply by ironing it to the desired fabric. Sew-In Interfacings have no adhesive and must be sewn to another fabric layer to install. Fusible Interfacings can save time and offer more convenience, where Sew-In Interfacings provide a softer, more natural draping of the fabric. Sew-In Interfacings are also ideal for fabrics that can’t be ironed.

For extra support and stiffness in collars, cuffs, and waistbands, see Interfacing Narrow Rolls, narrower Interfacing Tapes ranging from ½” to 4” in width. Interfacing tapes can also be used to finish seam edges or create an elastic casing. Interfacing Tapes are available in Sew-In and Fusible Styles.
